I’ve been with the company for close to ten years. My role is a blend between customer service, development of growth and operational strategies, leadership, and supervising daily operations. I communicate and work hand in hand with all the leaders from our departments such as finance, sales, ground freight, ocean, air, US and MX customs, warehousing, expedite and specialized. As a global company we have multiple locations and I must strategize daily with our management teams in China, Italy, Mexico, Michigan, Ohio and Laredo, TX to support business growth, onboard new clients, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
In my role, I lead cross-functional teams, drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and leverage technology to optimize supply chain performance. I manage KPIs, control costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high service levels across multiple facilities and regions.
I also oversee the regional and global operations teams, help to optimize processes, manage carrier and customer relationships, and drive performance metrics such as on-time delivery, customer service checks, and margin control. I help navigate customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and shifting market conditions to minimize disruption for our customers.
Ultimately, I ensure that both ACF’s and our customer’s logistics networks run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
